Trip Outline

1. Day 1: Pick up from Airport

   Arrival at the airport as per your flight schedule Bagdogra Airport . Meet our representative and proceed for a comfortable transfer to Darjeeling. • Enjoy a scenic drive through beautiful hills, tea gardens, winding roads, and lush green landscapes of the Eastern Himalayan region. Witness mesmerizing views of valleys, rivers, and misty mountains along the way. • Check in at the hotel upon arrival. • Enjoy leisure time to relax or explore nearby local markets and attractions at your own pace.

2. Day 2: Sightseeing in Darjeeling

   Tiger Hill- Known for offering spectacular views of Mount Everest & Kanchenjunga, Darjeeling’s Tiger Hill should be on your bucket list if you're in the area. Please note that due to a limitation on the number of vehicles on Tiger Hill in the morning, a sunrise visit cannot guaranteed. But in case your morning visit is skipped, we will definitely drive you there in the evening. • Pick up Time:-02: 30AM • After breakfast, begin the sightseeing of Darjeeling. • Tenzing Rock :-Tenzing Rock is a giant natural rock which was named after the mountaineer, Tenzing Norgay, who made the first successful ascent of Mount Everest with Edmund Hillary in 1953. Starting from 20ft and rising to 80ft, the Tenzing Rock is a natural rock climbing site with varied climbing routes. The rock has two sides for climbing; the left side is used by professional rock climbers while the right side is used by amateurs who climb the rock with the help of guides. It is a popular attraction among tourists who want to experience some thrill and adventure amidst the serenity of Darjeeling . • Himalayan Zoological park :-Covering an area of 205 hectares, Himalayan Zoological Park preserves and nurtures the amazing wildlife of Gangtok. Situated at an altitude of 1,780 meters, the park also offers mesmeric views of Mount Kanchenjunga. Explore this incredible habitat of animals like Himalayan Red Panda, Snow Leopard Cat, Himalayan Black Bear, Crimson-Horned Pheasant, Himalayan Palm Civet along with other species of flora and fauna. Himalayan Zoological Park is the very first zoo of Sikkim. • Gombu Rock:- Located opposite the famous Tenzing Rock, the Gombu Rock is named after Nawang Gombu, the nephew of Tenzing Norgay and the first person to climb Everest twice. This giant natural rock is a famous location for rock climbing for both professionals and amateurs. Beginners can hire a guide to help them climb the rock and experience a thrill of a lifetime. • Japanese Temple:- The Japanese Temple is a Buddhist place of worship, located just a short drive away from central Darjeeling. The beautiful construction was made in the authentic Japanese style in 1972 and is also known by the name of Nipponzan Myohoji Buddhist Temple. • Peace Pagoda:- Located atop the Charlemont Hill, Japanese Peace Pagoda is a sacred symbol of harmony and brotherhood. It was built under the supervision of Nichidatsu Fujii and is open for people from all walks of life. A perfect example of Japanese architectural style, the temple is decorated with sandstone carvings, depicting stories from different chapters of Gautam Buddha's life. Close to the Peace Pagoda is a two-storied white building with a large prayer room where the chief priest offers the prayers. Inside the temple, there's a picture of the founder Fujii Guruji and a model of Lord Buddha. • Next Pick up Time: 10:00 AM • Activity Duration: Full day

3. Day 3: Mirik/ Pashupati market in Darjeeling

   After Breakfast, begin the sightseeing • Mirik -A two-hour drive away from Siliguri, Mirik is a small tourist point located in the hills of Darjeeling. The drive to Mirik is extremely scenic and cuts through lush tea gardens and mountain landscapes. The main attraction of Mirik is Sumendu lake, an ideal place to enjoy boating and long walks. Ramitey Dandra, a famous sightseeing point in Mirik, is known for offering a picturesque view of snow-capped Kanchenjunga. Also, the place has several viewpoints to watch sunset and sunrise, tea gardens, monasteries, and temples, etc. The best way to explore Mirik from Siliguri is to go on a day tour. • Pashupati Market -The famous flea market of Pashupati is situated on the way to Mirik Lake, near the Indo–Nepal border. Located just a 10-minute walk from Darjeeling–Mirik Road, this lively market is a popular stop for tourists. It is an ideal place to shop for affordable cosmetics, clothes, accessories, perfumes, and household items, mostly imported from Thailand and other neighboring countries. Visitors are advised to be judicious with prices, as bargaining and negotiation are common practices here. The market’s vibrant atmosphere and cross-border charm make it a fun shopping experience during a Darjeeling–Mirik excursion. • Darjeeling Toy Train Ride :-Hop aboard the iconic Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage marvel, and enjoy a charming ride through the scenic hills of Darjeeling. Soak in breathtaking views of tea gardens, misty mountains, and quaint villages while capturing unforgettable moments. (1-hour ride; one-way ticket included, available between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.) • Pick up Time: 10:00 AM • Activity Duration: Full day

4. Day 4: Airport Drop

   After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Gangtok as per the standard check-out time. Proceed for a comfortable transfer towards Bagdogra Airport Station as per your travel schedule. • Enjoy a scenic drive through the beautiful hills, tea gardens, and winding roads of the Eastern Himalayan region. • Carry wonderful memories of your Darjeeling trip during your journey. • Departure for your onward journey.
