  2. Day 2: Symphony of Waterfalls,Cherrapunji Sightseeing

    After breakfast, Proceed to Cherrapunji, famous for waterfalls and limestone caves. • Elephant Falls-A beautiful three-tiered waterfall located near Shillong, known for its crystal-clear cascading waters and scenic surroundings. The falls offer easy access, viewing platforms, and small stalls serving tea and snacks, making it a popular stop for nature lovers. • Nohkalikai Waterfalls-Among the highest waterfalls in India, plunging dramatically from a high cliff into a deep green pool below. The waterfall is viewed from a dedicated viewpoint that offers stunning panoramic vistas of the surrounding gorge. • Seven Sisters Falls (Nohsngithiang Falls)-One of the tallest and most spectacular waterfalls in India, featuring seven parallel streams cascading down a massive cliff. The sight of the falls against lush green valleys is especially breathtaking during and after the monsoon. • Kynrem Falls-A majestic multi-tiered waterfall cascading from a great height, visible from Thangkharang Park and nearby roads. The park is also famous for its viewpoints overlooking Kynrem Falls and the iconic Shiva Rock formation. • Ka Khoh Ramhah (Shiva Rock)-A naturally formed cone-shaped rock steeped in local folklore, offering panoramic views of lush hills and deep valleys.     After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to Living Root Bridge Hike with Dawki & Shnongpdeng. • Double-Decker Root Bridge Hike - Trek through lush rainforests and stone paths to witness the iconic Double-Decker Living Root Bridge, a natural marvel formed by interwoven roots over centuries. This rewarding hike offers stunning scenery, waterfalls, and a unique glimpse into Meghalaya’s indigenous engineering. • Dawki Excursion Discover Dawki, famous for the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River.
